we had a nice stay in reading short walk to the town centre, and restaurants. there was a bath in the private bathroom. excellent location close to tesco express for groceries, loved it. had a nice coffee at workhouse coffee company, located 10 minutes walk away.

We had a fantastic stay at Berkshire Serviced Apartment Helena 12. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the town centre and all the amenities we needed. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and the nice view from the window. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the need for more hanging space and the lack of check-in instructions initially, we were overall very satisfied with our stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

The studio apartment was very clean and comfortable, making for a great stay. The owners were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our time there. The location was ideal, with easy walking distance to all the main attractions in the city. having parking available was a huge convenience.

While we had a mostly positive experience, there were a few minor issues. the walls were not soundproof, so we experienced some noise from neighboring guests, making it difficult to sleep at times.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent and the room itself was cozy and well-maintained. The location was perfect for the event we attended, with off-road parking as an added bonus. The staff, especially Wayne, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and even helped us quickly resolve a heating issue. We would absolutely choose to stay here again if we're back in the area.
